This Basic Pool Service Plan gives you time to enjoy your pool and spa on all those lovely warm weather days that Doral shines on us.

Beginning at $99 per month

We vacuum your pool every 4 weeks.

We keep your pool water healthy and eliminate any algae.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the proper minerals and chemicals to keep your water in ideal condition.

We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).

We verify your pool cleaner function.

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We check your pool equipment.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

Net your pool.

Additional pool vacuuming, if desired, on weeks we did not.

Maintain proper water level.

Keep the pool equipment active and operating and approve repairs when required.

Report to us any findings of swimming pool issues.

Stabilizer treatments quarterly.

There could be extra startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Monthly service fee based on a 4 week month.
